- Strong relations with media, advertising agencies, research agencies
- EDUCATION: MBA from premier institutes like IIM, ISB, MDI, XLRI, SP Jain, FMS, NITIE, JBIMS, Narsee Monjee ONLY.
- INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Credit Cards, Retail, F&B ONLY
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing brand communication, conceptualizing & developing the experiential platform.
- Manage the Brand positioning/ brand image visibility and communication in the country
- Develop channel specific marketing strategies to reach sell out targets in country.
- Responsible for Above the line (ATL), Below the line (BTL), and Through the line (TTL)/ Integrated Communications advertising.
- Measure and deliver on Marketing Return of Investment and provide Customer Insights
- Create branding and communication for specific marketing projects in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functions
- Develop and implement the ideal advertising plan ensuring international and local learnings, taking best practices in to consideration
- Control creative and media agencies to ensure correct contractual set-up and strong working relationships to deliver world class creative output
- Manage the local media agencies with prudence, to ensure a best possible value-for-money advertising plan
- Annually review media planning and buying with the agency
- Work closely with the Regional teams and specialists to share learnings, best practices, align plans, share latest updates and insights
- Turn data into compelling insights which are actionable and relevant, and ensure these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans
- Strengthen agency service & client/agency relationships
- Generate consumer insights and translate them in to successful brand initiatives
