Brand Manager - FMCG - IIM/FMS/XLRI

We are looking for Brand Manager for FMCG MNC at Delhi/ NCR

- MBA from a Premier Institute passed out in 2011/12/13

The position holder will be responsible for :

- Understanding/Appreciation of marketing such as customer segmentation, brand and product management, brand communication, promotions, market research, etc.

- Achievement of topline, market share and bottomline targets for the brand assigned

- Development of marketing objectives - short term & long term

- Developing and implementing brand communication, activation, media plans, PR initiatives for the brand assigned

- Liaison with advertising / media / PR agencies to prepare detailed marketing communication

- Liaison with trade / rural marketing teams to decide & roll-out brand initiatives

- Strengthening brand equity & leveraging the same

- Analyzing brand health measures / tracks on a regular basis

- Developing consumer / segment specific initiatives to drive equity

- Portfolio management for the brand assigned

- Competitor / Consumer analysis

- Pricing strategy

- Efficient utilization of brand support activities (BSA) budgets for the brands assigned

- Detailed financial planning and monitoring the same on a regular basis

- Plan new POS development and channel development drives with sales and develop effective.

- Evaluate and track brand performance against budget and communicate to key stake holders the progress

- Carry out the regular activities around generating key reports on brand health,
