Position: Brand Manager
Location: New Delhi
Job Description:
- End to end responsibility for organization's branding & marketing
- Own the marketing (Online and Offline) strategy. Manage branding, advertising, promotions, & communication activities ensuring maximum brand visibility
- Partner with all business functions, especially sales to develop strategy and tactical implementation of marketing initiatives
- Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns
- Overseeing market research and analysis of the competition
- New product / category / brand development, Consumer intervention and PR
- Conceptualizing, developing and implementing corporate communication activities
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a female candidate to lead our brand building efforts. The ideal candidate will have significant brand management experience in a similar FMCG category.The ideal candidate will have proven ability to scale and build new brands.
Essential Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing from Tier- I school
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing and branding/ brand communication
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; resilient and able to perform under pressure.
- Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to sets clear priorities and meets deadlines.
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from a lot of data
- Preferred FMCG industry only
Desirable skills :
- Candidates with some sales experience will be preferred
