Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Brand Positioning & Communication strategy; manage advertising agency relationships
- Develop and implement Media Strategy; manage media agency relationships
- Build marketing plans/calendar, achieve buy-in from stakeholders and execute
- Work closely with Digital marketing and sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention, repeat purchase etc.
- Liase with various functions across the organization to devise and execute various sales promotion activities.
- Understand Business strategies/ plan and conceptualize consumer research reports
- Provide ROI Analysis of all Marketing campaigns and Sales activities
- Conduct Market research to: analyze competitors, research market perceptions; evaluate market penetration and understand customer needs
Desired Skills & Experience:
Years of experience: Overall 8-10 years of experience in Consumer research and Creative Development process, in Research or Branding & Communications
Educational Qualification: MBA from Tier1 institutes
