Job Responsibilities – Brand Manager
- Act as a custodian for existing brand & New brands for Organization.
- Build image and personality of the brand and communicate it consistently through various media mix including above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) activities to maintain leadership position.
Major KRA’s are as follows:
1.Responsible for doing GAP analysis, finding new business opportunities (Line extension or Brand extension) suggesting any change if required in present product portfolio.
2.Initiating New Projects which will help in Future growth of Company.
3.Providing timely support to sales team in terms of designing new & innovative schemes, getting them executed through marketing and sales team with the help of trade partners. Thus maintaining leadership position and also countering competitors’ strategy by pre-empting there moves.
4.Working on Social marketing / viral marketing website revamp, catalogue printing etc.
