They're currently looking for a Brand and Marketing Manager looking after one of their key portfolios.
Job Description :
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for :
- Building marketing strategy to make brand equity stronger & grow market share
- Evaluate and track brand performance and brand health and communicate to key stake holders the progress
- Redefining the brand communication
- Developing and evaluating consumer promotion activities
- Managing the budgets against marketing activities to ensure compliance with spend forecasting
Profile :
- You should be a 2010 -2012 batch pass out of a premier B-school with at least 5 years of experience at major FMCG organizations, currently handling a brand or category. You should have excellent communication skills and have experience in working with multi cultural teams as well as a focus on quality and innovation.
