About our Client: Our client is a major FMCG player with a significant presence in the Indian market with a diverse product portfolio.. The have been pioneers in innovation in the consumer goods domain. They are currently looking for a Brand Manager for one of their major brands based out of their head office in the NCR.
Job Description: Reporting into the Category Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing a marketing plan and execution of all brand related activities across channels at an allocated budget
- Growth of market share and the health of the brand along with tracking related market trends
- Brand Budgets, Media Plans, brand briefs, and agency tie ups
- Identify trade needs and develop pricing and distribution strategies
- Coordinate with global category on brand learning's, new projects, market understanding
- Managing and coaching a team of assistant brand managers
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be in MBA from a top B-School 2005/2006/2007 batch, with experience in Brand Management in the FMCG Industry.
- You should possess strong communication, analytical and financial skills with a good P&L understanding.
- You should be self motivated, ambitious and have the ability to understand and work within the framework of the company strategy
