Portfolio Planning :
- Analyzed the current & past industry trends, market competitiveness of products and SKU's & consumer Requirements to identify gaps in the current brand portfolio.
New Product/Product Extension Planning, Development & Launch :
- Gathered inputs from market research & consumer insights to prepare new product brief
- Collaborated with R&D, Packaging & Quality team to develop new products & variants.
Promotion Planning :
- Coordinated across central planning & trade teams to provide marketing inputs for promotion planning; designed the annual promotion calendar & reassessed the same on a yearly basis based on market dynamics.
Brand Planning :
- Developed the marketing initiative calendar, allocated budget basis brand plans by Trial/Media/Distribution & monitored the same to ensure compliance.
Media agency management :
- Developed the marketing brief, creatives & communication in coordination with media agencies.
Demand Planning :
- Provided inputs for art work, packaging, manufacturing readiness, promotions- & sales forecasting
