Brand : Leading brand in Indian fashion wear for women
Experience profile : 2-5 years of experience in product and marketing of FASHION BRANDS. Since the brand is mass media intensive, min. 18 months work experience is a must in working with creative agencies, media planning and buying, PR, digital, research for complete 360 degree campaigns with films, print, VM, digital etc.
- Developing brand plans at national, state and city level - Developing ‘break through’ brand ideas for brand across mediums is a key deliverable
- Developing and managing marketing investments, Brand P&L
- Brand campaigns - work with various stakeholders including to develop and deliver 360 degree brand campaign across ALL media, retail, BTL
- Managing complete brand orbit consisting of creative agency, media planning and buying agency, digital partners, packaging designers, PR agency, consumer and trade activation agencies, quantitative and qualitative research partners
- Social media strategy – development and delivery
- New Product Development in line with the brand strategy
- Market Research – Responsible for building consumer insights for the various product categories
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Keen eye for design
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency with Excel & Powerpoint
- High level of initiative and assertiveness
