Brand Manager - Executive Search Firm (3-6 yrs)

Silverpeople is hiring for a brand manager to propel the company towards an exponential growth this financial year. Hence, looking for someone who can own the brand - Silverpeople- and will be responsible for creating a strong - pull- in all the industry segments we operate in.

Looking for someone from top tier MBA colleges, Salary budget: 12-14 LPA (slightly flexible for exceptional candidates)

Silverpeople is looking for a high-performing Brand Manager to help create a pull in our industry segments to become the top of the mind service provider

Responsibilities :

Digital marketing : the purpose of digital marketing is to create a buzz in the industry about Silverpeople and how it can add value to firms in our chosen industry verticals. The role requires the incumbent to be passionate about creating growth hacking campaigns at a low cost. Major responsibilities will be:

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, performance, email, social media and display advertising strategy and campaigns

- Design, build and maintain our online media presence and build a constant pipeline of enquiries from potential clients

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Cont.

- Own the look and feel of the website and take steps to keep communication consistent across media

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Business development : the purpose of business development is to identify potential new clients through enquiries generated a result of digital marketing, networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients and turning this into increased business. Major responsibilities will be:

- Prospecting potential clients (CXOs/ decision makers), meet them by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network and set up meetings between client decision makers and company's partners/ Director.

- Plan approaches and pitches that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives and present an image that mirrors that of the client and participate in pricing

- Present BD, realistic forecasts and go to market strategy to the management team and design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's client base and ensure its strong presence

- Be a subject matter expert and keep abreast with new developments in the industry segments we operate in

Requirements :

- MBAfrom tier-1 business schools

- 4-6 years- experience, with successful previous experience in BD/B2B Sales and with at least 2 years of strong experience in digital marketing

- Strong business acumen, confidence and industry expertise

- Ability and maturity to work in a small set up and with the available resources

- High-energy, Ownership, Right go getter attitude with a nimble and analytical mind

- Passion for customer focused services business
