Job Description:
- Effectively Market products to increase the market share through advertising, promotion, market survey and other means available
- Responsible for all elements of marketing and branding from product and packaging development, to promotional plans, hence to customer sell in
- Work Closely with the Sales Team to maximize sales and develop new products and market within optimized budget
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement Branding and Sales strategy in order to deliver volumes, share & achieve profit targets as assigned for the packed products
- To conduct market research, oversee product development and design, implement brand promotion strategies, oversee advertising campaigns and monitor sales performance and launch new products
- To monitor, analyse & evaluate domestic and international market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for products
- To Monitor and analyse product performance and customer feedback to tune existing brands, generate new product ideas as per the customer needs.
- To Conduct periodical market visits and brand valuation across India
- To ensure all marketing activities comply with the assigned budgets, forecasts and demand plans, and reporting of the same to the HOD
- To actively assist the sales team to prepare Sales Forecasts and Budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs and propose plans to improve the sales performance of products
Skills:
- Understanding of Indian Packed Oil and related products market
- Strong Experience in developing and implementing branding strategies for related oil /FMCG products
- Proven Track Record in Building Brands and Launching New Products
- Team Player with strong interpersonal skills
