A large group of company with diversified business units is looking to bring on board a Brand Manager for their high end cosmetics retail brand is who carries 4+ years of quality experience in directing the sales and performance of the assigned brands in line with the company targets. You would be working to maximize the sales volume and profitability of the department stores. As a brand Manager, you will lead by example and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and the achievement of the sales targets of the fashion brand. You would need to regularly communicate any discrepancies related to the stock and report on best or worse selling items. You need to come with excellent experience in marketing handling 20+ stores.  You must be an expert in the cosmetics/skin care industry with an understanding of the latest trends and be efficient with visual merchandising. Practical problem-solving skills are necessary and interpersonal skills are essential to develop the store staff to provide customer service exceeding customer expectation.  Desired Skills & Experience  Graduate with 5+ years- experience in Brand Management and marketing for cosmetic/skin care brand.  For you to succeed you must have the ability to lead and motivate a team, have commercial acumen and the ability to deal with challenging situations.  Ability to nurture and contribute to innovation and creative solutions  Female candidates only required for the role with UAE or GCC experience
