Brand Manager - Bank

The individual will be a part of the Marketing function and the primary role will be implementation of various marketing initiatives for Loans Business (Consumer Lending). The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

- Develop the go-to-market plan for the launch of new and existing Loan products (e.g. Gold Loan, Loan against security, Loan against Property, Education loansetc) & the plan for year-round promotion of the same

- Branding & designing the communication for feature-led campaigns on Loans portfolio

- Conceptualize and design the collaterals, welcome kits etc. in line with the overall brand guidelines

- Design customer communication across media for relevant target audience, basis customer insights

- Identify clear metrics for evaluating spends on marketing

- Maintain brand integrity across product lines across all mediums for internal and external communication.
