Job Description – Brand Manager BOP

Department:

- Product and Marketing, (Automotive Sector), IO-AFS

Role:

- Branding and Marketing for Auto Products (BOP) in International Markets

Qualification:

- BE, MBA (Marketing)

Experience:

- 8 to 10 Years

Scope of Work / Activities:

- Prepare and implement Marketing Plan for specific region

- Support Regional Heads / Country Managers in Marketing and Communication Activities to promote business, achieve targeted volumes and market share

- Determine growth opportunity and help Regional Heads / Country Managers for developing good consumer segmentation

- Understand the needs and expectations of the emerging potential segments and develop value proposition for customers / segments

- Monitor and keep a track of legal and regulatory requirement

- Develop marketing collaterals such as leaflets, posters and brochures, sales training modules

- Develop marketing programs which shall include the following:

- Interaction with advertising agencies to prepare various communication campaigns such as TVCs, Print Advertisement, Online Promotions including SMO activities

- Coordinate with R&D, Product Planning thru Platform Council Meetings for development of new products, refresh programs and modifications based on customer feedback

- Coordinate with Marketing Services Teams for Direct Meetings activities, events including Press Conferences, CRM Events, Great Escapes, Development of POP’s and Merchandising etc.

- Monitoring competition and marketing MIS for specific regions

- Track competitors and their activities

- Develop tools for sales operations

- Conduct researches such as CAPs Survey, Brand Tracks, New Product Need Identification Research, DSS and help in the implementation of various CSI and SSI proceeds at dealerships

Job Specifications:

- Fair Knowledge of Product Planning Process

- Technical Background

- Experience in Marketing . Brand Management

- Previous Experience in Product Planning is an added advantage
