Client Details :
Our Client is one of the global leaders in Premium Spirits Category with a portfolio of blockbuster brands in all the categories of spirits. It commands a very high share for its brands both in India and globally and is one of the most preferred organization in terms of growth aspects and work culture. To fuel its growth further, they are looking to recruit a Brand Manager based out of their office in Gurgaon.
Job Description :
Reporting to the Category Head(AMEA), You will be responsible for :
- Building marketing strategy to make brand equity stronger & grow market share
- Evaluate and track brand performance and brand health and communicate to key stake holders the progress
- Redefining the brand communication
- Developing and evaluating consumer promotion activities
- Managing the budgets against marketing activities to ensure compliance with spend forecasting
Profile :
You should be an MBA with at least 6 years of work experience mainly in the brand management space with a major FMCG/alcohol organization. An ideal candidate should have worked on a premium brand and have the ability to think out of the box. You should have excellent communication skills and have experience in working with multi cultural teams.
