Designation: Group Manager / Sr Group Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand client brief, search & re-apply solutions from system
- Expected to generate insights from data analysis done. Link insights from multiple small analysis to build together a bigger picture
- Client management with delivery perspective
- Project Planning & Execution (planning resources, analysis, meeting deadlines)
- Assist Manager in Performance Tracking – project to project
Competency- Skills & Knowledge/ Values and Behaviours:
- Post graduate in Business Administration
- Have understanding of business logic behind multiple market researches brand management, consumer insights & analysis: consumer segmentation, opportunity mapping, brand building
- Capabilities in data interpretation, analytical thinking, logic building, breaking large projects into smaller analysis constructs
- Should have clarity of thought and strong communication skills
Minimum work experience required
- 5 plus years of Branding, Brand Management or Market Research experience in MNC FMCG firm, or FMCG industry
Minimum education required
- Post graduation in Business Administration from premier B-Schools with experience in Brand Management. Since this would be a client facing role, the candidate should have excellent communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel is also a must.
