We require a Brand Executive ( with 2 to 4 years experience ) for a leading processor and exporters of packaged basmati rice in the country.

- The company is a dynamic and diversified agribusiness and foods company dealing into varied businesses such as Organic Foods, Grain Storage, Staple Foods and Healthy snacks market.

- It has a strong global network in more than 50 countries across the globe in major markets like USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Middle East, South Africa, Mauritius and Australia.

Location : Delhi / NCR

- 2 to 4 years Experience in Brand Management / Brand Strategy in Commodities /FMCG /Foods / Beverage

- People from Commodities /FMCG/Foods / Beverage domain only should apply.

- Responsible for Annual Business Planning, Brand Building, New Launches, Media Planning, Agency handling, Market Research etc

- Creative, Analytical ability, conceptual thinking, multitasking skill

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Role :

- The incumbent will steer the assigned brand through the various stages of Product Life Cycle by inducing COMA (customer oriented marketing approach) and innovate in various ways to create and constantly enhance the brand's equity by suitably developing its marketing mix.

Key Deliverable :

Annual Business Planning :

- Consolidate annual volume projections, assess trends & growth rates; identify profitable markets, build business case for own brands, present draft plans to arrive at a robust operating plan.

Functional tasks :

- Prepare marketing mix, calendar of activities & implement actions as per approved plans, visit markets & support regional initiatives; prepare draft plans & seek approval to facilitate achievement of set targets.

Brand Building :

- Prepare brand development plans & seek approval; prepare brand communication strategy, positioning platform and brand campaigns, suggest innovative propositions to build & nurture a profitable brand, ideate brand extensions and sub branding requirement as & when required (to be done in coordination with AD agency)

New Launches :

- Conceptualize new product launch plans, coordinate with various departments to undertake developmental activities in packaging, designing, legal specifications, launch placements and subsequently launches etc.

Media planning :

- Develop the assigned brand's ATL & BTL media mix in sync with the marketing plan made for the brand. Prepare the case for A&SP budget sanction and subsequent to the approvals, undertake execution of the media plans. (to be done in coordination with MEDIA agency)

Agency handling :

- Coordinate with various agencies to prepare briefs, monitor campaign performance; address queries seek management interface on critical issues to ensure time bound execution of various plans.

Market Research :

- Identify research need, prepare research briefs, analyze proposals of MR agencies, and coordinate entire research activity to meet the desired objectives.

Desired Profile :

- The ideal candidate would be an MBA/PGDBM with minimum 2 to 4 years experience in the same field.
