Key Accountabilities:

Demand Planning

- Forecasting as per Cos Business Planning Process

- Alignment with Branch sales team

- Timely communication to HO planning team

Stock Management

- Stock Monitoring

- Prioritisation & coordination through central planning cell

- Inter warehouse transfer

- MIS to branch sales team

Warehousing

- Statutory compliances

- Good warehousing practices

- Cost optimization

- Adherence to safety norms

- Annual review of CFA compensation and negotiations

- Distribution network and CFA performance review

Transportation

- Delivery of customer service within secondary freight cost budget

- Route Planning - Fixed Day Dispatch (FDD)

- Selection and performance evaluation of service providers

- Monitoring and reduction of inter warehouse transfer cost

New initiatives

- VMI implementation for the branch

- Simplification of operations

- Reconfiguration of warehouses post GST/CST changes

Develop & Coach BLO

- Set expectations and provide support to achieve objectives

- Develop influencing / negotiation skills based on data

Requirements

- MBA in Supply Chain/Ops. Preferably from NITIE, SP Jain, IIT B School of Management

- 2-4 years experience

- Reports to National Logistics Manager

- From -- FMCG / RETAIL or PHARMA cos Preferred
