Branch Sales Manager - Packaging Machine Manufacturer (7-15 yrs)
We are Antal International, a senior recruitment firm; currently hiring Sales Manager; Bangalore for leading packaging machine Manufacturer Company.
Ideal Candidate:
- Planning: Contribute to the Sales strategy and Organizational Sales & Service Plan
- Revenue Generation : Guide, motivate and drive the team to ensure planned revenue for the region is generated for sales, service and spares month on month
- Sales Process : Based on approved Annual Sales & Service plan
- Business Plan: Support in preparing departmental plans as part of Annual Business Plan. Understand Business Plan for Current year and ensure execution of Business Plan in respective Sections / Area
- Also responsible for Budget & Cost Control, Reports and MIS, Manpower, Safety and Environment, Continuous Improvement, Quality and Housekeeping.
Job Description:
- Lead sales of the company's products and services, within assigned geographies: Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through planning, deployment and management of resources. Ensure customer satisfaction.
Education: BE/B.Tech
