Branch Sales Manager - Consumer Durable (8-10 yrs)
We have been retained by a Leading Consumer Durable client to hire Branch Sales Manager to be based at Vijayawada.
Role Purpose :
Managing on-role team of Senior Executive/Deputy Manager-Sales.
Accountable for Target setting and achievement of Sales Volumes (Primary and Secondary), collections objectives for the geography/channel in consultation with the BM.
Increase optimization of available resources to drive mix improvement.
Periodic review and monitoring of the achievements vis-a-vis the set targets and taking corrective action when required.
Ensure Cross-functional efficiency between working of the commercial, sales, service and C&FA organisation.
Continuously monitor TP performance and plug gaps towards optimization of performance levels.
Implementation of sales processes & disciplines in the branch.
Ensure implementation of local sales promotional activities
Educating and training of branch employees on product and ensuring this is cascaded down to the field - Sales promoters/Dealer sales force.
Education : MBA-Full Time-8+ Years Experience into CD/FMCG/Telecom/Paints etc. Should be Managing On-Role Team for min 3 + Years.
