Handling project sales/ Retail Sales :

- Manage Branch Sales and Operations

Team Management ;

- Formulate local Sales & Marketing Strategy

- Manage & Control Branch Expenses against Benchmark Standards

- Monitor & Supervise Sales Force to increase Efficiency & Profitability

- To administer channel network/sales of the branch/location in the assigned territory & supervise a team channel executives

- Manage Channel Partners, Manage Organization Structure and Sizing, Manage Order Processing
