Job Responsibility :

- Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationship

- Planning and delivering effectively sales strategy

- Monitoring the progress of new and existing financial products( Savings a/c, current a/c, investment products, loan products)

- To develop strategies to satisfy the expectations and demands of customers and working with staff and customers to achieve targets

- Uphold the brand image under any circumstance

- Lead branch level projects. Implement best practices in branch.

- Monitor compliance of regulations.

- Ability to delegate and supervise day to day operations of staff in the branch.
