Branch Manager - Real Estate Portal (7-12 yrs)

They are based out of Noida, part of the National Capital Region, Delhi.Their category is growing fast and they are growing faster than the category. To fuel the growth, they are becoming more user-centric, innovating & creating solutions and products which are forward-looking.

Their design is based on rigorous research, unique product developments, and innovative initiative which has been readily accepted by users. In an attempt to best serve the users, features on the realty portal are constantly invented, evaluated and upgraded. In addition to all else, our client is synonymous with internationally acclaimed property fairs. It is here that top-notch properties of major Indian metros are showcased for audiences in India and abroad.

Till date, our client has successfully hosted 75 domestic and over 15 international property shows around the globe.

Our client is looking to hire brilliant folks, in mid-senior level positions, who are keen to make a profound impact in our internet business. They are keen on people who are self-driven, intelligent, persuasive and ‘disruptive’ in their approach.

What kind of work will you be involved in?

Our client is a B2B, corporate sales environment. The focus is on building strong account-management processes; deploying new client acquisition strategies and sales channels; steps at enhancing sales productivity etc.

Role description and responsibilities:

- Be responsible for revenue generation and own the targets for the city/territory.

- Lead a motivated sales team of Zonal Managers , Area Sales Managers, Account Managers & achieve revenue goals.

- To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and tailor make solutions to suit clients needs.

- To collect and share regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.

- Manage team efficiently and ensure KRAs of all team members are achieved. Develop team members and groom them for higher positions within the company.

- Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & high levels of integrity.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Demonstrable sales experience in renowned companies and success credentials.

- Preferably should have handled a minimum team size of 50 people.

- Very strong sales execution skills are required.

- The right candidate should also demonstrate solid personal leadership & serve as a role model for his team.

- MBA from a top institute will be a plus, but is not compulsory for the role

- People from BFSI (MNC firms), Classified Portals, Media etc will be preferred.

Other important attributes

- Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.

- Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills required.

- Aggressive and out of the box thinker

- Should not be above 35 years of age
