Position: Branch Manager – Operations

Experience: Minimum 4 years

Qualification: Any Graduate BCom/Mcom/MBA – Finance/ICWA/CA Inter

Key Responsibilities

Analysing and recommending

- To sanction file by reviewing the proposal submitted by the appraisal officer based on specified norms / policy and recommend the file to the next approving authority incase of deviations from the norms / above sanctioning limit.

- Conduct visits at specific project location for verification and mitigating potential risk.

- To drive operations, technical and credit team for the sanction and disbursement in line with stipulated TAT.

- To review and recommend process level changes to relevant departments by taking feedback from team, study of market conditions, internal departments, learning from other branches.

Business Development Support

- Conduct personal discussion with customer depending on the specified norms (high value / complex cases).

- Meeting with builders for TCPM and APS project approval along with the technical officer.

- Analyzing current data and providing intelligence based on patterns to sales for existing / new business.

Monitoring

- To identify and recommend agencies (lawyers / valuer’s) to zonal office for approval, including monitoring their performance based on agreed performance parameters.

- Drive and guide the recovery team to meet the target stipulated by the HO/ZO adhering to recovery guidelines.

- To plan for achieving desired target and deploy resources accordingly.

- Optimizing resources and monitoring the hygiene / docket management / accounting updation / renewal of administrative license.

MIS and reporting –

- Monitor performance parameters on a regular basis and take remedial measures / provide periodic MIS to the management (at HO / ZO) to enable them to take critical management decisions.

- To review process adherence, drive audit compliance and take remedial measures to reduce audit queries.

Team Leadership

- To align the team with the overall zonal objectives by creating awareness about the goals of the organization and the means to reach them

- To build capability in the team by reviewing performance of subordinates on a continuous basis and provide them coaching on desired aspects

- To encourage the team to develop innovative solutions to existing problems and support in their implementation.
