Job Profile :  - Finance & Controls: Negotiating payment terms based on customer business and investment review to reduce collection lead times.  - Talent Development, Team Management, Manpower planning and allocation.  - Working as part of an account team to ensure Branch results are reached according to account plans.  - Follow through sales processes applying appropriate sales-tools, tactics and strategies in order to close the deal.   - Provide input in the generation of the SKU’s intake/sales forecast.  - Participate in the sales planning exercise. Provide information about market trends, competitor’s sales practices and potential projects.  - Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with the Company.   Key Competencies / Proficiency :   - Experience & knowledge of channel sales  - Good inter-personal skills  - Responsible for sale of Consumer Durable Product channel viz. related Channel.  - Ideal candidate should have experience of leveraging on existing channels & setting up new channels to reach the set objectives.  - Should be good at Distribution/Channel Management  Desired Candidate profile :  - Extensive experience in Channel Sales  - MBA from Tier 1 B-School  - Total Exp - 4-7 Years.  1st preference shall be candidates from Consumer Durable / FMCG industry with working knowledge of Rest of Maharashtra Channels / Distributors
