1) Airconditioners sales and marketing experience necessary.

2) Team management experience necessary

Job Description:

1) Formulating and achieving the regional sales targets

2) Responsible for developing and improving market penetration, market share, monitoring competitors’ activities and developing strategies

3) Branch including ensuring statutory compliance and documentation

4) Generating orders and ensure proper debtor management

5) Develop and prepare proper MIS for feedback and review by higher management

6) Represent the company at appropriate industry and trade functions

7) Provide leadership to the regional marketing team

8) Liaison and follow through with Head Sales Office, Manufacturing, Engineering, etc
