Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverable in respect of location city and upcountry locations

Principal Accountability:

1. Channel Sales Management

2. Collections

3. Sales and distribution for entire state in Consumer division

4. Managing Key Accounts

5. Responsible for Branch operations

6. Dispatches

7. Warehouse Management

8. Financial Control / Commercial function of the branch

9. Managing people - 15 - 20 employees, 20 - 30 C & FA employees

10. Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share

11. Recruitment of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff

12. Training and development of sales personnel.
