Branch Business Leader(BBL)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Upkeep of the Branch and ATM

- Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Management

- Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the branch

- Ensure Branch headcount budget to be maintained

- Ensure Role clarity of employees in the branch

- Ensure that the BEST template is fully updated

- Comply with Bank's policies and processes

- Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products and services

- Timely communication of relevant information to the Branch employees for the smooth functioning of the Branch

- Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns

- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the branch and for various product and services

- Awareness of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standards

- Ensure safety and security of bank's and customer's assets

- Ensure Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met as per the prescribed norms

- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports

Key Performance Indicators:

- % of Business achievement vs. Targets (across products)

- Rating of cluster in health report published by OSD

- % attrition of manpower

- # of frauds / customer complaints in cluster

- % employees certified as per mandate by management

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post Graduate or MBA from a recognized university/premium business schools

- AMFI/NCFM/IRDA certifications will be an added advantage

Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 6-12 years of relevant experience in operations, client servicing or sales role.

- Knowledge of core banking systems and processes will be an added advantage

BBL will be responsible for the overall supervision of the branch and smooth functioning of Retail branch banking activities for all the products and services being offered to the clients.

Job Description :

To lead the branch with an objective of maximizing profits through sales and fee income

- Maintaining quality and high levels of customer service

- Ensuring compliance with operating guidelines and controlling costs

- Sales and Revenue responsibility for Liability, Wealth management and all fee products of the Bank

- Unified Sales and P&L head of the branch for all the banking products including third party products

Desired Profile :

Sales and revenue responsibility of third party products e.g. investment services and insurance

- Delivery of operating Profit Budgets for the branch through revenue and cost management

- Achieve branch targets on monthly/ quarterly/ annual bases

- Implement Yes Bank processes, systems and models

- Customer acquisition, retention, deepening, complain management

- Monitor business analytics and publish MIS of the branch

- Feedback to HO on competition, our products, strategies, customers etc

- Local custodian & implementer of customer experience at Yes Bank Ltd.

- Analyze the market trends and suitably alter implementation plan for initiatives that will help customers make higher returns/capitalize opportunities in the market

- Ensure compliance to all operational guidelines, KYC Norms, timely and accurate preparation of all returns, both internal and statutory

- Supervision of back office officers for all transactions and operational activities

- Organize and conduct periodic training sessions for staff to improve the knowledge levels, technical expertise, sales skills

- Support recruitment of staff; team management and motivation, performance appraisals
