Only candidate from Banking working as Branch Manager and willing to relocate to Nagpur should apply

Responsibilities:-

- Take wholesome ownership of the branch, its customers, employees and processes; and act as a corporate citizen for the designated group franchise.

- Ensure adequacy of infrastructure to include customer space, workstations, telecommunications, safety & security, ambience and general upkeep of the branch.

- Coordinate with respective departments to ensure infrastructural related facilities are provided for.

- To act as a local interface with government, regulatory and other civic bodies, to represent the best interest of the franchise.

- Carry out daily huddles with the branch team to communicate franchise related information, business specific information, review financials and seek feedback on any concerns, issues or support required by the team.

- Ensure team synergy and effectiveness and address any conflicts arising out of day to day functioning of the branch.

- Ensure timely completion of RCSA checks and follow ups on corrective actions.

- Keep self updated on changes in any compliance/regulatory processes/norms and ensure implementation and strict adherence to the same.

- Take complete ownership for ensuring goal setting, performance appraisals, confirmation appraisals, labour law compliance, hiring and selection support, timely execution of disciplinary actions and that other HR processes are supported.

- Coach, counsel and engage with all branch employees at appropriate intervals to enhance their efficiency and manage attrition.

- Engage with selective customers with the objective of providing a senior interface and a promise to deliver to the best of our abilities.

- Seek suggestions/innovative ideas from team members for any enhancements in processes and any changes in product/service deliveries. Implement those suggestions/ideas which can be handled at the branch level and share information about the rest with the concerned department.

- Take complete ownership to deliver balanced growth of all the products, balance sheet growth and profitability of the branch.

- Ensure service levels are reviewed and enhanced to meet customer expectations.
