Branch Manager - Bank

We are urgently looking for the post of Branch Manager at Kolhapur Maharashtra location.

With a non banking financial corporation, so if you do carry these all qualities as assigned by the company.

Job Description:

- New Client Acquisition & Business generation.

- Responsible for P & L of the branch.

- Responsible for individual & branch targets.

- Handling a Team of Deputy Managers, Assistant Managers, and Executives.

- Responsible for Team - Monitoring, Motivation, Grooming, Training, Timely Review & feedback

- Customer Relationship Management

- Manage Overdue Collections.

Profile Contents:

- Should be from loan vertical (Personal, Mortgage, Home Loan, Loan against Property, Equipment Finance etc.)

- Should have exposure to direct sales,

- Should have exposure to local market .

- Should be in current assignment from past 1 yr.

- Should have Job stability in current & previous assignments.

Should be from NBFC/Banking sector.

- Should be under age criteria of 31 Years to 32 Years

Basic Details:

Experience:8 - 10 Years

Education:UG - B.Com - Commerce

PG :MBA/PGDM - Marketing

Compensation: Based on Current Cost to Company
