Recruitment & Selection:  - Sources candidates for open positions through Talent Acquisition team  - Screens candidates for organization fitment.  - Keeps regular follow-up with the TA team to check on hiring status; Keeps functional Managers updated on hiring status  On-boarding :  - Facilitates allocation of workstation and other important equipment/resources  - Facilitates New Hire on-boarding by getting joining forms filled   - Facilitates Assimilation through Induction  - Conducts 30-day post-joining Employee Experience Interview  Attendance and Payroll administration :  - Reviews time sheet to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies  - Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information for payroll processing  - Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors  Confirmation :  - Ensures timely completion of Probation Appraisals as per policy  - Drives Performance Improvement Plan for cases where performance is poor  - Records Maintenance  - Maintain Employees records and service file up to date  Employee Development:  - Obtains buy-in from Branch Head, functional Director and HR Leadership for function specific development programs  - Co-ordinates with L&D team & respective HRBPs to implement Targeted Development Programs at the Branch.  - Maintains complete record of Development Needs and Development Programs completed by employees  - Drives a culture of Learning & Development  Employee Engagement :  - Conceptualizes Branch specific employee engagement programs   - Obtains buy-in and sanctions for conducting employee engagement programs  - Drives engagement programs like Rewards and Recognition, etc. for the Branch  - Regularly benchmarks engagement initiatives and recommends appropriate programs for the Branch  Exit Management :  - Ensures resignations are logged-in the moment they are accepted  - Engages with the employee to attempt to retain Talent  - Conducts and documents Exit Interviews   - Co-ordinates with functional directors/managers and Corporate HR for quick clearance of no-dues form and experience letters etc.  - Employee relations , Policy Interpretation and Compliance  - Interprets HR policies for employees and managers  - Ensures compliance to existing HR policies , DMP and any other statutory laws.  - Maintain healthy employee relations at the branch level by adherence of code of conduct and prevailing organisation norms.
