Branch Head - SME/Loans - Bank (7-10 yrs)
We are looking out for a Branch Head. Below are the essential criterias required for this role -
1. Well versed and a specialist in SME/ Loans portfolios.
2. Managing existing and generating new relationships to the bank - specifically for SME clients from the industrial belt surrounding the area.
3. Minimum 6 years’ experience in the banking industry out of which at least 2 years’ experience as a branch Manager in the specific portfolio. Preference will be for candidates who have exposure of 4 years in the SME segment.
4. Should have hands on knowledge of processes involved in SME Products Working Capital, Term Loans Etc.
5. Responsible for acquisition of new SME customer, performing credit analysis, arranging sanction and disbursal and then managing relationships.
6. Played a stellar role in handling overall bank branch business, profitability, retail deposit, all retail asset products & allied services.
7. Effective credit analysis based on both qualities and quantitative parameters.
8. Statutory and regulatory compliance and simultaneously managed daily MIS.
9. Disbursal to the client through relationship group. Liaised with client, sales team, risk containment unit, technical appraisers, Credit Monitoring Group, Account Relationship Group, etc. for sanction and disbursal of loan.
10. Business Banking Branch Head of Commercial Branch. Responsible for Managing team of 20+ people for various products and services
