Branch Sales Head for Internet Company based out of Hyderabad

Job Description :

- Head, nurture and mentor a team of Zonal Managers, Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers, sales executives and add value to team members growth.

- Set team targets, area and ensure goals are met regularly.

- Plan pre & post-event P&L and media (ATL & BTL) in coordination with agency & vendors.

- Develop revenue streams and achieve branch sales target.

- Review and interpret the competition (through in-depth analysis of market information) to finalize the marketing strategy.

- New client acquisition

- Responsible for timely collections, controlling out standings & timely activations

- Develop new strategies to increase company’s share and formulated new initiatives to acquire clients

- Conceptualize advertising strategies for clients, as per their requirements and design effective online & offline advertising solutions.
