Branch Head - Mumbai (Real Estate)
We are in search for Branch Head for one of the most prestigious Real Estate Consulting company in Lucknow.
- Detail-oriented, analytical and work without supervision. Must be able to perform thorough research and have good interpersonal communication skills to interact with clients on a daily basis, Business Development and Client Relationship Management.
- Heading Sales , Marketing, Customer Service,Operations.
- Responsible for planning , strategies and implementation of policies to increase the productivity of the sales team.
- Co-ordination with other branches and Depts.
- Selection and Training of the sales team.
- Planning & allocation of sales targets & sales promotional budgets.
- Planning, developing and implementing strategies of new product launches Conducting periodic sales / review meets.
- Manage, motivate and achieve desired results through the sales team across the zone
- Understands back-office processes and can identify needs for the business in terms of processes.
- Thorough knowledge on strategies to access competitorís strategies.
- Good understanding of Finance / Cost Management/ Payment patterns of the Industry.
Years of experience: 9 - 12 years
