Branch Head - Outbound Travel (4-20 yrs)
There are 5 positions for Mumbai, Pune, Nasik, Vadodra, Ahmadabad, locations. The Branch Manger will be responsible to handle complete Branch Sales and Operations for a leading MNC travel solutions company.
Desired Profile-
- Must have over 6-9 years of overall experience with the last 4-5 years with a leading travel company.
- Thorough knowledge of ticketing softwares.
- Proven experience of successfully delivering on sales numbers with leading travel companies
- A dynamic leader and manager capable of mentoring, motivating and training juniors to achieve peak performance.
- Excellent communications skills with good command over spoken and written English language along with regional language skills.
- A good problem solver with a solution oriented approach to ensure smooth branch operations.
- A customer oriented person with ability to understand their unique travel needs and propose solutions leading to repeat customers.
- A person with strong abilities to lead by example through demonstrated traits of Personal Integrity, Discipline, Punctuality, Perseverance, Professionalism and Excellence at work.
Compensation will be the best in Industry for the right candidates.
