Ideal candidate will have a diversified experience of heading Corporate Sales, Mice Sales both Travel, Events for business verticals of GIT & FIT.

Job Description
- Setting up and handling the entire M.I.C.E for the group and over look the P & L for the Western Region.
- Introducing New Account mainly (Corporate )
- Media Planning, Press & Marketing Activities
- Independently take charge, lead, motive, develop team, expand, recruit and train as need.
- Bias towards MICE important while catering to its other business verticals of GIT, FIT, Inbound & outbound.
- Experience around 15 yrs, last assignment largely mice sales.
- Manage the Annual Vendor & Hotel Contracts. Negotiation with Airlines for Annual Plans & Incentive.
- Formulate the Annual Budget, Sales Target, Team appraisals etc.
- Responsible for the Overall Sales & Operation.
- Plan Annual Calendar for Travel, Trade shows and events.
- Formulate Marketing Strategies, monitor & evaluate the Business plan.
