Job Description

- Accountable for the day to day smooth & error free functioning of the functions/ duties associated with Branch Operations,Customer Service,Branch Administration, Risk management and Audit/Compliance & Control framework for the Branch.

- Management of Clearing & Teller Functions.

- To approve/authorise variety of transactions, expenses, vouchers, etc. as per Delegated Authorities with utmost diligence.

- Run the processes for account opening, account maintenance & account closure related formalities as per Bank process. Ensure compliance with KYC requirements.

- Handle customers' enquiries and instructions, whilst ensuring that the Bank's delivery standards in achieving total customer satisfaction are met e.g. timely checking of account opening documentation, opening of accounts etc.

- Ensure adherence to process & documentation standards (e.g., forms/checklists, welcome calling, approvals, etc.)

- Maintain strict vigilance on the quality of forms and documentation provided.

- Ensure that Corporate Clients (especially important & sensitive Corporate Relationships) are given highest levels of service attention.

- To ensure that there is adequate levels of expertise (personally) to ensure fault free levels of servicing & transaction processing for Corporate Products / Services like Trade, CMS, etc.

- Verify / Authorise on all sensitive transaction related documents as per the bank's process & delegation matrix to ensure appropriate balance between customer service and applicable regulations.

- Ensure proper scrutiny of all transactional documents submitted by the customer

- Support the Branch Head/Financial control team in preparation of any audit related deliverables i.e. internal /external concerning a transaction executed for a corporate client.

- Attend to any audit findings and resolve them immediately.

- Resolving customer queries.
