Branch Head - Bank (7-10 yrs)
We have urgent openings with a leading Bank based in Delhi & Gurgaon for Branch Head profile.
Profile : Branch Head
Grade : Chief Manager & Senior Manager (based on experience)
Location : Delhi & Gurgaon
Job Description :
- Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers.
- Establishing standards and delivery of service.
- Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively.
- Sale of MF and insurance products.
- Branch administration.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel.
Job Requirement :
- 4-6 years banking experience.
- Must have had sales experience, liabilities products preferable.
- Should have sales orientation.
- Leadership skills. (Though more tactical than strategic).
- Thinker : Doer = 40:60
Educational qualification: Should be a graduate. Post graduation would be an added advantage.
Note : Candidate should be currently working since last one year in the same organisation & should be current working.
