- We are a product based startup based out of Chennai helping coaching institutes and corporates in India deliver assessment & testing solutions to coaching institutes.
- We are a leader in test prep solutions with multiple satisfied top tier clients in this space.
- Our team consists of experienced tech entrepreneurs & IIM alumni who have experience in growing businesses across education & top eCommerce firms in India.
- We have been recently funded by a leader in the skills training space & are expanding aggressively in the coming few months.
- We are in the process of implementing a strong B2C play in the assessment space, for which we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Professional with a strong lead generation focus.
- In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Biz Dev in order to conceive, develop, implement & measure the digital marketing program for the firm
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup from scratch & then go on to run and optimize the digital marketing strategy & budget
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns including , but not restricting to SEM, Social Media (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Social Ads, Twitter), display/video & E-mailer Campaigns.
- Identify & executive innovative communication strategy in line with the overall business plans targeting key verticals.
- Managing production of marketing collateral for e-distribution (newsletters, whitepapers etc)
- To run and take ownership of offline campaigns (Note that 90% focus would be on online)
- Additional responsibility of building licensing partnerships with test prep institutes, universities and corporate
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Ability to get a complete understanding of the business quickly & align marketing strategy to these goals.
- Willingness to relocate to Chennai
- 1 to 3 Years of strong digital marketing experience. Preferred if has experience in setting-up online marketing for a product company
- High on analytical skills and derive actionable insights from a lot of data
- Ability to lead & execute projects independently from start to finish.
- Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues and partners.
