Brainsmith - Manager - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)

We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to work out from our office Worli, Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the efforts of digital marketing and CRM : customer acquisition and retention, Performance marketing of all digital channels
- Conceptualize different campaigns and spends across digital marketing channels to meet user acquisition and ROI targets.
- Monitor key performance metrics like CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, CAC, ROAS for the campaigns on a daily basis and take corrective actions.
- Managing campaigns across different channels such as Google Search, Google display network, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.
- Using analytics tools for continuously monitoring and optimising campaigns on a real-time basis to improve ROI.
- Conceptualizing and executing landing page experiments and A/B tests for creative and copy to increase acquisition and conversion.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
What we are looking for :
- 0-2 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns including search, display and social media
- Proficiency in Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics is good to have
- Familiarity with other advertising platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Twitter etc
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in analytics tools such as Google analytics and Excel
- Ability to come up with a structured, logical intuitive, simple way to convert ideas to campaigns & campaigns to conversions
