Experience : 5 - 7 years

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Working knowledge of lean sigma techniques

- Experience with project planning, management and execution.

- BPR , Process improvement and transformation, Business Strategy , Lean Mangagement.

- Experience working integrally with process improvement teams.

- Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with specific requirements for strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead effectively across boundaries.

- Good team leadership skills with demonstrated success working within senior/executive management teams
