BPO Presales (Voice) Requirement for Manager and Senior Manager

Location - Mumbai

Experience- 8 yrs+

Contact centre voice experience is a must

Salary - 12-30 lacs

JD -

- Ability to deliver and develop on time marker research/competitior analysis/trend analysis.

- Relevant contribution to the solution (RFP/Proactive proposals)

- Work with the client for Voice operations.

Candidate Profile

- Practical Exp in presales/BD/Marketing.

- Experience of verticals in solutioning from telecom,travel tourism/Hospitality/Healthcare/Retail/Manufacturing.

- Strong Understanding of business reqts for outsourcing contracts.

- Understanding of Operations.

- Ability to work staggered hours,open for temp relocation/international travel.
