BPO/Banking Solutions Head (13-20 yrs)
Important note: Banking + Solutioning or Solution design experience + BPO is required.
The solution person should have worked in a BPO for - 5 years, Should have worked in Delivery/Transition and now currently in the solutions role
- Worked on RFx.
a) Creating a delivery model (Org Structure, span, sizing)
b) Created pricing models (FTE, Headcount, Unit Pricing)
c) English in his resume indicates his clarity and presentation of thought. Sentences needs to be simple
d) Performed post RFx Due Diligence to validate solutions
e) Solutions created should be of minimum TCV of 3 Mn in the last 12 months. (TCV= - 10Mn)
f) Solution around either back office or front office
g) Must have traveled to outside India to present his solutions/business meetings
h) Should have worked on atleast 3 winning proposal in the last 3 months and must have lessons learnt from the process
i) Responses should indicate hands-on and not that of a facilitator
- Proactive Solutions
- Worked with Analysts/Influencers
a) Should have coordinated interactions with Analysts. Presented information through an RFI process to them
- Worked on contract discussions with customer (MSA/SOW).
a) Check for understanding on TforC, LOL, Tforc.
