We are looking for Candidate with one of our global consulting client having experience in a BPO (Contact Centre) environment (Voice Process) in the following skills-

- Process Excellence (SIX SIGMA,Lean,Benchmarking,) in contact centre

- Good understading of Operations and several years of experience in transformation projects

- High Problem solving skills

- SIX sigma Black will be prefered
