Box8 is looking for Unicorns: rare, amazing individuals that are believed not to exist in this world, individuals who are cross functional & multi talented to join our analytics team. Individuals with data driven approach to problem solving & at the same time ready to role up their sleeves to get those solutions implemented. Hustlers who are restlessly tweaking solutions till problems are solved for ever & desired on the ground results are achieved. Selected individuals would be working closely with different department heads and the founders.

About Box8 :

Box8 is a full stack food delivery company. It was started by Amit & Anshul (who were otherwise blowing up their IIT degrees with Deutsche Bank). Food seemed an insanely lucrative opportunity, due to lack of good options to satisfy growing consumer demand driven by fundamental demographics changes. In 36 month, we have reached a scale of selling ~5 lakh products a month and, from a team of 2, we have grown to over 2000. Meanwhile, 50 more exceptional individuals from IITs & other premier institutes have joined us on this amazing journey.

- A series of investments from global funds has infused confidence in our vision and catapults us towards superseding the exponential growth target of 1 lakh products a day in near future.

- Currently we are present in 3 cities. Consumer response is rocking in all three cities & that translates to numbers. We have grown 6X in last 1 year & are the only food company from current generation, who are profitable. We plan to expand to 10 cities in by 2017.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

- 1-3 years of experience in Analytics

- Experience in or demonstrated ability to lead people/teams without formal responsibility and interacting and building rapport with teams of all levels.

- Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with experience communicating and presenting to groups.

- Self- starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction under remote leadership.
