Job description :

Title : Regional Manager - Surgical Technology Solutions \Medical Device

Position Purpose :

Leads the development of business plans, and execution of devised sales strategy for the assigned geography to meet monthly, quarterly & annual business goals. The person is responsible for opportunity identification, organization build up and salesforce deployment strategies. Ensuring compliant growth through governance, sales administration, engagement and capability development through coaching and mentoring of his team will be some of his key deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

Industry Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of Surgical Med tech consumables. Responsible for providing continuous tools and education to group members to ensure up to date industry, competitor and product knowledge;

- Maintains knowledge of the industry and the competition continually seeking information from physicians, suppliers, and others to challenge, modify and prioritize regional strategies

- Collects data from their region on competitor's sales tactics and prepares their team to counter them and keeps the marketing organization aware

- Maintains awareness of industry trends and their impact on local/regional sales activities.

- Clinical Excellence

- Building and Maintaining Relationships

- Creating Economic and Value-Added Solutions

Qualification & Experience :

- Full time MBA from Premier B School

- 8 years- + of experience in Sales in relevant industry

- Minimum 4 years of People Management experience

- Identify new Business Opportunities

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively influence key stakeholders without direct authority

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
