GENERAL SUMMARY :
- Responsible for providing strategic support & execution of HR operations.
- Would be managing (end to end) the Payroll process, MIS, Data reporting & Analytics, locational HR & statutory compliances.
- Would also be spearheading the India induction for new joinees
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Main responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Manage payroll operations
- Provide support in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and predictive analytics
- Utilize technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed
- Lead the India induction process for new joinees
- Create, maintain, and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data, reports, and metrics
- Manage the Locational & statutory compliances
- Oversee the employee Insurance tie ups & policy additions
- Generate & analyze different reports for decision making by top management. Reports like age analysis, attrition, productivity, manpower, revenues.
- Manage the annual increment process (end to end)
- Manage the contractual requirements with third party vendors used for temporary staffing
- Manage payroll related employee queries
- Work with the corporate team on any HR operation system updations

Reports into (Direct & Functional): Reports to Director HR - Direct Reports -0
RELATIONSHIPS :
Frequently interacts and partners with managers, supervisors, leadership team on payroll related matters.
Employee query resolution on payroll related queries
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION :
- 3-4 years’ experience with Peoplesoft
- PGDBM / MBA in human resources management, labor relations, business administration or related field plus a minimum 3-6 years experience in a HR Operations
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills and Creativity.
- Strong analytical skills and numeric capability
- Labor law knowledge along with knowledge on statutory compliances
