Qualification: BE / BTech / ME / MTech

Work experience: 7 to 10 years

Tasks

- Project Management (Project Plan, Estimation, Schedule ,Risk Management, Reviews, Audits)

- Customer satisfaction and Customer management

- Handling a team of 10 to 15 resources

- Ability to work independently and interact seamlessly with the customers at Germany

Mandatory Skills

- Experience in Automotive domain

- Must Experience in Embedded Domain

- Experience in concurrently handling multiple projects; should have successfully handled at least 2-3 complete life cycle projects as Project Manager

- Strong process management, project management, configuration management, stakeholder management and team handling skills

- Willingness to provide hands on guidance to the project teams as part of steering the projects forward

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills is a must

- Willing to work independently and develop new business opportunities

Additional Skills

- Good analytical & communication skills (oral & written)

- Basic understanding of German (Not mandatory)

- Customer Interaction skills
