You:  - Should be responsible for owning, achieving and exceeding the sales target of his/her team.  - Should develop sales strategy to achieve sales goals for the team. Identifying accounts to be targeted, penetrating these accounts, and establishing excellent relationships with.  - CXO's and other key client stakeholders.  - Should generate business plans to define your strategies and tactics.  - Should oversee daily activities of the team.  - Ensure required reports and data updates.  - Shall strategies & conceptualize the growth plans by introducing new line of products.  - Should understand and adapt to BookMyShow's ongoing product and technology developments.  Qualifications:  - MBA from a reputed business school (highly preferred).  - Overall 5+ years of experience.  - Minimum of 1-3 years of hard core B2B sales experience as sales manager.  - Demonstrated track record of leading a team and achieving/exceeding targets.  - Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.  - E-commerce product and gift voucher knowledge is preferable.  Salary Range: 8 - 13 LPA
