Should be responsible for owning, achieving and exceeding the sales target of his/her team.  Should develop sales strategy to achieve sales goals for the team. Identifying accounts to be targeted, penetrating these accounts, and establishing excellent relationships with.  CXO's and other key client stakeholders.  Should generate business plans to define your strategies and tactics.  Should oversee daily activities of the team.  Ensure required reports and data updates.  Shall strategies & conceptualize the growth plans by introducing new line of products.  Should understand and adapt to BookMyShow's ongoing product and technology developments.  Qualifications:  Minimum of 1-3 years of hard core B2B sales experience as sales manager.  Demonstrated track record of leading a team and achieving/exceeding targets.  Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.  E-commerce product and gift voucher knowledge is preferable.  Candidates from FMCG/BFSI/Electronics industry preferred.  Salary offered: 8 - 9 LPA
